CrawlLedger uses a plain email link instead of a site form. This notice describes the limited personal information involved when you choose to email hello@crawlledger.net.

Information you choose to send
An inquiry may include your name, business email address, organization, role, requested outcome, and the contents of your message. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential legal material, private policy files, or other sensitive information.
Why it is used
Contact information is used only to respond to the inquiry, provide a requested sample, understand product demand, arrange an individually agreed research conversation, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. Contacting CrawlLedger does not subscribe you to a mailing list or automated marketing sequence.
Services that process email
Cloudflare Email Routing receives mail addressed to the CrawlLedger alias and forwards it to the owner's destination mail provider. That destination provider then stores and delivers the message. Cloudflare may also process routine request metadata for site delivery and security. CrawlLedger application code does not write contact email, visitor profiles, or behavioral analytics to its D1 database or R2 artifact store.
Retention and deletion
If an inquiry does not become an active pilot or business relationship, its messages are deleted within 90 days after the last substantive reply. Messages connected to an active relationship may be retained while it is active and for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction. A shorter deletion request will be honored when reasonably possible; limited records may be retained longer when needed for security, a dispute, or a legal or accounting obligation.
Sharing and tracking
CrawlLedger does not sell contact information, use it for advertising audiences, or publish it. The public site does not set application cookies, run an advertising pixel, or use a third-party behavioral analytics script. Information is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to route, secure, store, and respond to the email, or when disclosure is legally required.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information is retained, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing hello@crawlledger.net with the subject “CrawlLedger privacy request.” A reply may be needed to verify that the request concerns your email address.

This notice covers voluntary contact email for CrawlLedger. It does not turn an observed web-policy state into legal permission, and it is not legal advice. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page.
